Just a Note to Say....

Just wanted to say that I bought a fruit bowl instead of fries at Wendy's today. Am v. proud of self, as am eating for two now and must watch fat intake. Also am proud to report that there was no part or parcel of a human finger in my fruit bowl, either. Progress for Wendy's. Am leaving for Oregon tonight and won't be blogging till Wednesday at the earliest. Will be thinking of all of you fondly till then.
