Good thing I had her potty trained by the time she turned 2!!!
Holden and Ruby: Love at first sight!
He made a special "cradle" for Ruby...for those times when she just wants to be alone.
Holden is the perfect brother!
Holden is the perfect brother!
Hazel's so glad when Daddy comes home! And she never yells at him and calls him "Fuzzy Papa" in rage.
I made this dress out of a vintage apron!
I hope that you can see how blissfully perfect my family is.
Ruby is cutissimo. I'm glad she is such a good sleeper! I'm currently reading Healthy Sleep Habits...if only I can be so lucky.
ReplyDeleteYour life is so perfect. And the vintage apron! Honestly. It's nothing but quiet, peaceful, spiritual kids and lots of style for you!
ReplyDeleteOh, Marcy. Ruby doesn't REALLY sleep that well. I WISH. Sometimes she goes 6-7 hours between feedings. I can't complain.
ReplyDeleteWhy must you rub it in?
ReplyDeleteWow, if my life was even half as perfect as yours I'd be doing very well. Ruby is so cute, and I love the little cradle Holden made for her.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you have finally decided to follow my example! I really love the pics of the chilluns...and Mike
ReplyDeleteI agree with frozen cacti - that blog was scary, and I think she is serious! Thank you for sharing the pics of your kids, but not going off your rocker about them! Ruby is a cutie, and looks like one of the gang. Love Holden's cradle. He'll make a tom boy out of her yet. And, yes, we are all jealous that she goes 6 hours sometimes.
ReplyDeleteActually, that blog is a brilliant parody of many other blogs that are even more sickening! She/he is pretty convincing, though.
ReplyDeleteI will not rest until I find out who he/she is!!!
ReplyDelete(but your kids do look pretty much perfect. . .)
I'm so glad to know that the blog isn't real, even though I know there are others like it. It was creepy! Wow!
ReplyDeleteYou do have very darling children! I love Ruby's cradle.
I hardly had time to read this--I'm never on the computer because I'm so busy with my own four little ones. Like I said, I'm rarely on the computer--just hardly ever on it! So I'm glad I caught this when I did. Lucky me! Lucky you! LUCKY US!
ReplyDeleteI, too, am hardly ever on the computer. Who has the time!? I
ReplyDeleteam usually off baking bread or alphabetizing my kids' toys. If I'm not doing that, then we are engaging in educational finger puppetry.
I barely made it through the first couple sentences of that other blog. Apparently I'm just not perfect enough. (I'm plenty sarcstic, but that pushed even me away.)
ReplyDeleteHowever, Holden's cradle is delightful. That was one of my favorite parts of your perfect life. That and the potty seat/arm band. Perfection!
Congrats on your little Ruby and your new house. It's been quite an exciting year for you guys, hasn't it? I thought your school day fantasies were really funny. You'll have to look up Jodi Price. They live in Rexburg too! Her blog is connected to ours if you want to see it. Jana & I still miss you!
ReplyDeleteCute pictures, Carly. It was great to see you all when we were up. Maybe your kids wear toilet seat hats, but at least they wear something! Eva is set on starting a nudist colony at our house. Lucky for me, she is the only active member... so far.
ReplyDeleteYou are so funny and your family is adorable!
ReplyDelete"Fuzzy papa?" And is that a lid I detect on that adorable little "crib?" And so embarrassed now that I have so many pics of my adorable, perfect children on my blog. Some of us need those to fill in for the lack of truly readable text.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm new here, but I had NO IDEA that you were married to Daniel Jackson from Stargate!! Wow, how cool is that!
